PBHT129.5: The “Sitting Down with Jorge Sanchez” Edition (ft. Jorge Sanchez)

This is a .5 episode because this week’s conversation with friend of the show and Concordia Stingers women’s soccer coach Jorge Sanchez was just too good. We’re still not sure what will happen of Tristan D’Amours, Harrison-Milo Rahajason and Alexander Perez’s last show as hosts, we’ll get to you on that.

PBHT128: The 4th Annual NCAA Bracket Challenge Edition

It’s tradition. Every March, the Press Box Hat Trick podcast crew make brackets for the NCAA March Madness and share it with everyone. It’s the fourth annual PBHT Bracket Challenge.

It’s also a great occasion to roast Alexander Perez, more on this during the show.

Recorded live on Facebook Friday afternoon, this is the recorded version where Tristan D’Amours, Ireland Compton, Harrison-Milo Rahajason, Safia Ahmad and Julian McKenzie give their Elite Eight and national champion. Who will win? Who knows. Are their brackets busted already? Absolutely.

Also the show, the StingerLand segment returns! The hosts talk about the Concordia Stingers men’s hockey team’s loss to the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds at the U Cup and the upcoming matchup of the women’s team against the St. Francis Xavier X Women (which they like to call the X Folks). To close, the hosts chime in on the Canadian Women’s hockey playoffs and how Les Canadiennes de Montreal will do.

Tristan D’Amours and Harrison-Milo Rahajason join in later to continue on the topics of U Sports women’s hockey, the Stingers men’s hockey team which is also heading to Nationals, Les Canadiennes de Montreal and their new player Hilary Knight and finally, the situation involving Tristan getting hit by a puck in the head at a Stingers men’s hockey game.
